The Yarn Attic

The Yarn Attic first opened its doors in 2013 as an online web store offering a broad range of delicious yarns, beautiful patterns, needles, accessories, and valuable notions to discriminating knitters and crocheters. Rhonda Wynston-Kraft owns The Yarn Attic, which she runs with the help of many lovely and skilled coworkers.

Rhonda chose to turn her love for knitting and crocheting into a business after 20 years in the interior design industry. Rhonda credits her mother with teaching her to knit as a youngster, and her father instilled in her the drive to run her own company.

Following the launch of The Yarn Attic’s online store in 2013, a physical store in Hillsborough, NJ, was launched in December 2014, including weekly courses, seminars, guest designers, trunk shows, social gatherings, and events.

The Yarn Attic’s LYS (local yarn shop) provides hands-on, friendly, and experienced assistance with your knitting, crochet, weaving, and spinning projects. Come in and look through their large selection of yarns from over 75 companies, ranging from local indie dyers to worldwide brand name designer yarns. Their yarn range is extensive, including inexpensive baby yarns, traditional favorites, specialized yarns, and beautiful hand-dyed yarns from across the globe.

Operating a local shop and a web store allows them to share their hobbies with the local community via retail courses, organizations, and events, as well as reach consumers with similar interests all over the globe. The Yarn Attic may be found on Ravelry, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, where they share information on new goods, projects, WIPs, A-Longs, store events, workshops, tips, and FOs, among other things.

The Yarn Attic is committed to offering a courteous and happy purchasing experience to all customers, whether they are local or far away.

They also provide courses and seminars, such as:
