Homewood Suites by Hilton Somerset
This amazing hotel located at 101 Pierce St., Somerset, New Jersey, is a wonderful extended stay hotel that even allows pets. There is a pet fee, but hey, they allow pets! How many hotels do that? The hotel is within five miles of some great places like Rutgers University, and Verizon!
This specific hotel offers studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms; of course there are always accessible options. The rooms are not bad either. They are thirty five percent larger than your average tradition bedroom, has a stainless steel kitchen and a forty inch HDTV! Not to mention a free, full, hot breakfast every morning for you!
Amenities And Services
For me, the best part of looking up hotels aside from looking at the bedroom pictures, is looking at the amenities; I love to see what is offered and what is not. Of course, this hotel would probably have absolutely no business if it did not supply free Wi-Fi; so feel free to bring your laptops, gaming consoles, and… whatever else!
One of my favorite things about this hotel is the on-site convenience store. I mean, it is genius and it is necessary. If it is an extended stay hotel and you run out of food, instead of having to hop in the car and find the nearest grocery story, you can simply go to the on-site one! Stock up on everything you need to continue to enjoy your stay.
Of course, there also has to be laundry service, but what if you are like me and you simply are not comfortable with other people touching and doing your laundry? Well, there is a coin laundry; you can take those clothes down and wash em’ yourself!
You are going to need to stay fit while you’re here; don’t slouch now! This doesn’t mean that you have to do any running around the perimeter though; there is a fitness center, basketball, and a swimming pool! I don’t know about you, but I love me some basketball and I am very happy and excited that this hotel has it!
Plan an Event
This place really has it all! If you want to plan an event such as a meeting, this is something that you can do using the well-furnished conference room! At this point, I never want to leave this hotel; do you think I can get my mail delivered?
Suites
The rooms in this place are non-smoking and you will be fined if you do, so follow the rules and don’t do it. The suites are wonderful and I definitely recommend that you check them out for yourself on the website as the list of amenities for the rooms is pretty long! I will give you a little bit about the two bedroom two bathroom suite! There is TV premium, Neutrogena bathroom amenities and a coffee maker! How could you need anything else from a hotel?
That’s it, I’m packing my bags and I am going there now. Honestly, you should too!
